Children aged 0–4 (or up to 110 cm) stay free, sharing the parents' bed. Ages 4–11 (approx. 110–140 cm) incur an extra ฿500/night (+฿450/person if breakfast is added). Guests aged 12+ (or over 140 cm) are considered adults and require an extra bed at ฿1,200/night. The hotel reserves the right to apply either the age or height criteria.
Bookings cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances. To change your stay dates or room type, please notify us at least 30 days in advance (subject to availability). If the new room/dates cost more, the price difference will be charged; if less, no refund of the difference will be given.
Breakfast is a set menu at ฿450/person: choose 1 main dish (Signature Fish Ochazuke, Ayutthaya Veggie Bibimbap with Fresh Tofu, Hot-Honey Avocado Sourdough Western Plate, or 12-Hour Sous-Vide Pork Bowl) plus 1 drink (matcha, coffee, or seasonal juice). Served at the hotel's café and Thai restaurant, including the floating deck by the river.
